I invite you to enjoy an evening of storytelling set to a backdrop of my original music. With my influences stemming from Paul Simon to Lauren Hill my music is as blended as my ethnicity. If Hendrix and Beyonce formed a band, it would be called Sage Waters.

Another main show at Gatsby’s is the show on the plate. We feature a well-rounded new American menu, handcrafted by Chef Leo Herbias, and using only the freshest ingredients. Pair every bite with a specialty hand-crafted cocktail or a (generous pour) glass of wine.

About Our Shows: 

Watching a live performance at Gatsby’s Supper Club is always a unique experience. Our showroom is intimate and relaxed so you feel close to the artist/band. Not only do our guests get to hear and see the performers, but also get to know them. Live entertainment varies nightly. From Jazz, Classic Rock, Latin, Blues, Country, RnB & Pop, we have music variety to fit any listener's taste.

About Sage Waters: 

SINGER. SONGWRITER. PERFORMER. MODEL. ENTERTAINER 

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Sage Waters is an awe-inspiring vocalist and performer. Her journey in music began at her internship with​ Narada Michael Walden at Tarpan Studios as a songwriter, background and demo vocalist. She started recording demos for UK Universal, Toni Braxton, Jessica Simpson, Pussycat Dolls, and Disney. 

In 2004 Sage took 2nd place in the Bay Area Big Shot songwriting competition on 106KMEL. In 2017 landed a 2-year songwriting contract with Spirit Music Group. Sage Waters went on to lending her voice to various artists such as Wynona Judd, Santana, Bob Weir, James Brown, Shana Morrison, Sly and the Family Stone, and many more. She has written and produced songs for Mary J Blige and Brown Mark of Prince and the Revolution. She also served as co-host, co-writer, and co-producer of The Brown Mark Show. 

Sage performed with an elite top 40 cover band SugaDady Band for 9 years, before successfully launching her original music. Selling out venues with her band Water The Sage! "I LOVE singing and writing music that people can relate to. I have written hundreds of songs and I am constantly adding to that list as I keep evolving in my writing and singing styles while continuing to be inspired by the experiences and people in my life.
